1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv899 ("cv899", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the cv899 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any related services accessible via cv899.app or any associated subdomain (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, clicking any registration checkbox, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the cv899 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the cv899 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cv899 does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any wagering activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cv899, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion request.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your location.

cv899 employs age-verification procedures at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request a government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement. Accounts failing verification will be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register only one account on the cv899 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds held in the account.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your cv899 account and for keeping it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cv899 will never ask for your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any wager placed or transaction initiated using your credentials before you report a security compromise to us will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

cv899 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with standard industry anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your name and number)
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests above a defined threshold

Failure to submit requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of extended non-compliance, account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cv899 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000, subject to the limits of the selected payment channel.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cv899 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment source not verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your cv899 wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. cv899 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
• cv899 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cv899 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used with prior approval from the cv899 payments team.
• Withdrawals are processed within one business day of approval, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend to 48 hours.
• cv899 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend the review period. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not appear in the withdrawable balance.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

From time to time, cv899 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by cv899 are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement is stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's dedicated terms page.

5.2 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports bets at odds of at least 1.5 (decimal) contribute 100%. The precise contribution rates for each product category are listed in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv899 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging" or "matched betting on bonuses"), and systematically exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, cv899 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently restrict or close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance or associated pending winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The cv899 Platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit that was validly processed by cv899 is considered fraud. cv899 will pursue recovery of such funds through all available legal and administrative channels.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in any other context to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or harvest data.
• Arbitrage: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between cv899 and other operators to generate risk-free profit. Sportsbook bets identified as pure arbitrage may be voided at cv899's discretion.
• Error exploitation: Knowingly placing bets on markets where a pricing or system error is evident. cv899 reserves the right to void any bets placed on erroneous odds or game states and to recover any funds paid out in error.
• Money laundering: Using the cv899 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is a serious criminal offence. cv899 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent ban, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cv899 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, databases, and the overall layout and structure of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of cv899 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from cv899.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any cv899 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of cv899's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv899 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — relating to the Platform, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

cv899 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Platform will meet your individual expectations.

In no event shall cv899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or any other theory — exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cv899 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cv899 accepts no liability for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if cv899 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by cv899

cv899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account shows indicators of problem gambling that require immediate intervention under our Responsible Gaming protocols.
• A third party has reported unauthorised use of the account and we are investigating the report.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance will be accessible. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cv899 support via the live chat channel or by email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed, and withdrawable balances will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling concerns, please inform support so that your self-exclusion preferences can be recorded and honoured.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cv899 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, reducing the balance over time. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period expires. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

cv899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, cv899 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept a material change, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the cv899 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cv899 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
